- AUTHORIZE Administration to complete the application process for a grant under the Municipalities for Climate Innovation Program – Climate Change Plans and Studies Grants, which is administered by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, to update the City's climate change mitigation plan, which is currently contained in the "City of Prince George Energy and Greenhouse Management Plan" (2007); and
- AUTHORIZE the City's Financial Officer and General Manager of Engineering and Public Works to sign grant application documents and any contract documents should grant approval be received.

- That Staff SUBMIT a grant application under the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing - Infrastructure Planning Grant Program (IPGP) for funding of an available $10,000 for each of the following projects in order of priority:
- Groundwater at Risk of Containing Pathogen– Risk Analysis
- Salt Vulnerable Areas Action Plan
- Winnipeg Stormwater Management and Treatment Plan; and
- That the City's Financial Officer and General Manager of Engineering and Public Works BE AUTHORIZED to sign the grant application documents and any contract documents should grant approval be received.
