- ESTABLISH the deadline of 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 12, 2017, for receiving Elector Response Forms for the alternative approval processes for Bylaw No.'s 8844, 8845, 8846, and 8848;
- APPROVE the determination of the total number of electors of the area to which the five (5) alternative approval processes apply for Bylaw No.'s 8844, 8845, 8846, and 8848 as 54,178 electors, on the basis described in the Staff Report dated May 12, 2017; and
- DIRECT the Corporate Officer to report the results of the four (4) alternative approval processes, and if approval of the electors has been obtained, to return Bylaw No.'s 8844, 8845, 8846, and 8848 as appropriate, for Council's consideration of final reading and adoption.
