- That Final Reading of proposed Bylaw No. 8792 BE WITHHELD until the following requirements have been met to the satisfaction of Administration:
- Receipt of a Section 219 Covenant on the legal title of Lot 6, District Lot 1433, Cariboo District, Plan 17737, Except Plan 26746 that restricts:
- the height of development to 10.0 metres;
- the number of storeys to 2.5; and
- symmetrical facades for two-unit housing.
- Receipt of a Servicing Brief.
In addition, any recommendations presented in the preceding items must be addressed to the satisfaction of the General Manager of Planning and Development. |

- That Final Reading of proposed Bylaw No. 8884, 2017 BE WITHHELD until the following requirements have been met to the satisfaction of Administration:
- Receipt of security in the amount of 120% of the cost of landscaping and screening works identified on the Landscaping and Screening Plan.

RECOMMENDATION: |
That Council: - RECEIVE FOR INFORMATION the report dated September 1, 2017 titled "Parcel Tax Roll Review Panel for Consideration of Killarney-Sussex-Wildwood Sanitary Sewer Extension Local Area Service Bylaw No. 8721, 2015 and PG Pulpmill Road Erosion Protection Local Area Service Bylaw No. 8743, 2016;
- APPOINT three (3) of its members to serve as the Parcel Tax Roll Review Panel for the subject Bylaws;
- ESTABLISH October 5, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, as the date, time and place for the sitting of the Parcel Tax Roll Review Panel; and
- DIRECT Administration to publish advance notice of the time and place of the Panel's sitting in accordance with section 94 of the Community Charter.
