E.2 Report: Enhancing Student Access to Community Amenities
  RECOMMENDATION: That Council:
  1. AUTHORIZE Administration to engage with the student societies at UNBC (undergraduate and graduate) and CNC to explore options for enhancing student access to local services and attractions in order to strengthen connections between post-secondary students and the community. This may involve expanding the UPass program.
  2. AUTHORIZE Administration to finalize arrangements that would provide student access to the Two Rivers Gallery, Exploration Place, and the Outdoor Ice Oval.
