That the attached minutes of the regular Council meeting held January 20, 2020, be adopted as read on this day and that such minutes as read set out all of the business before Council at that meeting and fully and properly record all of the resolutions and bylaws passed and adopted by Council at that meeting.

RECOMMENDATION:
That Council:
1. APPROVES that the City of Prince George submit an application under UBCM’s 2020 Poverty Reduction Planning & Action Program in the amount of $25,000 to plan and implement a community engagement strategy to gather feedback on recommendations proposed by the Select Committee on Poverty Reduction; and
2. AUTHORIZES Administration to enter into any associated funding agreements.

RECOMMENDATION: That Council:
1. APPROVES that Administration complete the application process for a grant under the Green Municipal Fund - Pilot project: Water conservation, municipal project, administered by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, to implement water conservation measures in a number of Civic facilities.
2. AUTHORIZES the City’s Financial Officer and General Manager, Infrastructure and Public Works to sign grant application documents and any contract documents should grant approval be received.
