2. PERMIT the Public Hearing for proposed Bylaw No. 8891, 2017 to BE WITHHELD until the following requirements have been met to the satisfaction of Administration:
a. Receipt of a Parking and Landscape Plan.
3. PERMIT that consideration of Final Reading of proposed Bylaw No. 8891, 2017 BE WITHHELD until the following requirements have been met to the satisfaction of
Administration:
a. Receipt of security in the amount of 120% of the cost of the landscaping and paving works identified on the Parking and Landscape Plan;
b. Receipt of confirmation that Lots 13 and 14, Block 316, District Lot 343, Cariboo District, Plan 1268 have been consolidated; and
c. Registration of a Section 219 Covenant on legal title that restricts the use of the Subject Area to "parking, non-accessory" only.
In addition, any recommendations presented in the preceding items must be addressed to the satisfaction of the General Manager of Planning and Development.
