APPROVE City staff including the Highway 16 Frontage Road Multi-use Trail in the upcoming Capital Expenditure Program for consideration in 2017; and
AUTHORIZE the City's Financial Officer and General Manager of Engineering and Public Works to sign grant application documents and any contract documents should grant approval be received.
